Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your curls, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be at least 75% full to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Rizos Curls products in the original box if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
